![]() What is a brain break? Brain breaks are mental breaks designed to help students stay focused and attend. The brain breaks get students moving to carry blood and oxygen to the brain. The breaks energize or relax. When children take a moment to sing, dance, move, and even laugh then they can return to their academics feeling happy, energized and renewed. ![]() GoNoodle You may have heard your child use the word "GoNoodle". Each Homeroom only needs to fill 6 boxes! That's 18 boxes for all of KG2.
